An aging, alcoholic cop is handed what should be a routine assignment: escort a fast-talking witness from police custody to a courthouse just 16 blocks away. But the short trip quickly turns dangerous as chaotic outside forces close in, determined to keep them from arriving safely. With every block harder than the last, the pair must push through a relentless gauntlet to reach their destination.
