Convinced that a strange mix of symptoms means he is dying, a struggling, self-centered comedian heads back to his quaint hometown for an unusual mission: see all five of his childhood doctors in one day. Determined to keep the visit focused on his fears, he tries to avoid the friends and family he left behind, while dragging his hapless former best friend into driving him from appointment to appointment.
