A Hidden Life

During World War II, Austrian farmer Franz Jagerstatter refuses to fight for the Nazis, standing by his conscience even as the pressure around him grows. As a conscientious objector, his decision puts him in direct conflict with the demands of the regime and leaves him facing the threat of execution for holding to his beliefs.
