A Tale of Two Cities

Against the unrest that leads to the French Revolution and the Reign of Terror, French doctor Alexandre Manette is released after 18 years in the Bastille and begins a new life in London with the daughter he has never known. As turmoil spreads across France, an ex-aristocrat and an alcoholic English lawyer cross paths, each drawn to the same woman.
