Con man Irving Rosenfeld and his seductive partner, Sydney Prosser, are forced into an uneasy arrangement with Richie DiMaso, a reckless FBI agent with his own agenda. As Richie pushes them deeper into his operation, Irving and Sydney are drawn into the dangerous circles of New Jersey powerbrokers and the Mafia, where every move depends on deception and control.
