Yoon Soo-wan and Park Dong-joo were each other’s first loves, drawn together during a difficult time in their youth. Soo-wan had been blind, but an eye transplant later restores her sight, while Dong-joo grows up to become a successful surgeon. Painful family circumstances force them apart, and when they meet again twelve years later, Soo-wan is working as an EMT and is engaged to another man.
