Arcadia

In a near future ravaged by a deadly disease, medical care is tightly controlled by a totalitarian regime and survival depends on status. Arcadia, a safe and disease-free haven, has been built for the privileged elite, while those outside face lives that rarely reach beyond 40 years. One man struggles to secure a future for his family by trying to earn a place among the few allowed inside.
