Atomic Homefront examines St. Louis, Missouri’s hidden atomic history as a uranium processing center for the atomic bomb, and the lasting consequences of Manhattan Project radioactive waste illegally dumped across North County neighborhoods. As residents confront government and corporate negligence, the film follows citizens fighting back against corruption, greed, and the dangers threatening their lives.
