Auntie Mame

In 1928 Manhattan, young Patrick is orphaned after the death of his wealthy father and sent to live with his aunt, Mame Dennis. Progressive, independent and free-spirited, Mame offers him a life far outside convention. But the executor of Patrick’s father’s estate disapproves of her lifestyle and pushes to send the boy to prep school, setting off a clash over how he should be raised as the Depression brings new difficulties.
