Barry Berkman is a depressed, low-level hit man from the Midwest who has grown disillusioned with the work of taking down one mark after another. When he moves to Los Angeles for another job, he unexpectedly gets caught up in the city’s theatre arts scene. As the pull of that world grows, Barry begins looking for a way out of the life he has been leading.
