On Halloween, the Joker sets his sights on Gotham City with a plan to make modern technology useless and seize control. He is not acting alone: Solomon Grundy, Silver Banshee, Clayface and Scarecrow aid his quest, turning the holiday into a dangerous threat for a city that depends on its technology to function.
