In the quiet town of Half Moon Bay, California, a sudden wave of mutated birds turns everyday life into a fight for survival. Eagles and vultures descend on the residents without warning, and the cause of the attacks remains unknown. As casualties mount across the small town, two citizens try to defend themselves against the flying menace and stay alive through the terror.
