At a remote lake house in the Adirondack Mountains, a filmmaker searching for inspiration and refuge from a troubled past joins a couple for what seems like a quiet rural retreat. As the three spend time together, the visit turns into a tense game of desire, manipulation, and jealousy, drawing out inner demons and binding their lives in increasingly dangerous ways.
