After a serial killer has been targeting police officers, a tough cop is dispatched to bring the murderer down. With the victims coming from within the force itself, the case carries a personal threat for everyone behind the badge. Assigned to stop the killings, he pushes into a dangerous pursuit where the target is not the public, but the police.
