Paramedics

Two brothers operate under the guise of paramedics, using the trust that comes with the uniform to abduct victims and harvest their organs for the black market. Their brutal routine begins to unravel when they take a woman who refuses to die, forcing the brothers into a dangerous confrontation with someone who may have far more control over the situation than they do.
