After a radical hacker collective steals a powerful cyber-weapon, two FBI agents are assigned to track down the people behind the breach. As the investigation closes in on a group capable of turning stolen code into a serious threat, the agents must follow the digital trail and confront the danger posed by technology in the wrong hands.
