Cabin Fever: Patient Zero

A group of friends set out on a bachelor cruise in the Caribbean and head to a deserted island for a surprise overnight party. But the island is not empty: hidden there is a secret medical research facility. When they stumble into its dangerous secrets, a deadly flesh-eating virus is unleashed, and the friends must fight to survive as the water around them reveals something is terribly wrong.
