Josh Hasty's Candy Corn

On Halloween weekend in 1980, a group of local bullies prepares for their annual hazing of a neighborhood outcast. Their cruelty goes too far, leaving him dead, until a wandering witch doctor known as Dr. Death intervenes and brings him back from the grave. Revived and changed, the outcast turns his attention toward the people who wronged him.
