A rookie officer joins the California Highway Patrol in Los Angeles and is paired with a tough, experienced motorcycle cop for freeway patrols across the city. As the new partner adjusts to life on the road, he discovers the veteran is actually an undercover federal agent investigating a heist that may be connected to corrupt cops within the force.
