After a horrific explosion opens a dimensional portal between Tromaville and its mirror-image world, Amortville, the Toxic Avenger is pulled into the alternate dimension. With Toxie trapped on the other side, Tromaville is left vulnerable to his evil doppelganger, the Noxious Offender, who seizes control and threatens the friends Toxie must find a way to protect.
