Based on real events, young musician Zach Sobiech receives the devastating news that his cancer has spread and that he may have only a few months left to live. Facing limited time, he chooses to focus on what matters most to him: writing music and recording an album, not knowing that his songs will soon find a much larger audience as a viral phenomenon.
