Coonskin

A country-born trickster named Rabbit arrives in Harlem and moves into the organized crime racket with Brother Bear and Preacher Fox. Framed by live-action scenes of a prison break, this animated satire follows the trio as they climb through the city’s criminal ranks while confronting a con man, a racist police officer, the Mafia, and the institutional racism surrounding them.
