This documentary follows We Copwatch, an organization built around filming police activity as a non-violent form of protest and a deterrent to brutality. Across the country, ordinary people take up cameras to record arrests, document encounters, and bring awareness to police harassment and abuse in their communities, even as their efforts to bear witness often place them in volatile situations.
