Lucy, the egotistical CEO of an edible cutlery company, takes her long-suffering staff on a corporate team-building retreat in the underground desert caves of New Mexico. When disaster leaves them trapped below the surface, the mismatched and disgruntled group must set aside office tensions and work together if they want to survive.
