Crank: High Voltage

Chelios is forced into a brutal new fight when a Chinese mobster steals his nearly indestructible heart and replaces it with an artificial, battery-powered ticker. To stay alive, he must keep the device running with regular jolts of electricity while confronting the criminal responsible and trying to survive a body that now depends on constant recharging.
