Dear Evan Hansen

Evan Hansen is a high school student living with social anxiety when a private letter he wrote is mistaken for the suicide note of a classmate. As the classmate’s grieving family believes the letter reveals a connection between the two boys, Evan unintentionally becomes trapped in a lie that grows around their need for answers and his own struggle to belong.
