The murderous Firefly family flee their backwoods home and take to the road, trying to stay ahead of Sheriff Wydell’s pursuit. Driven by vengeance, Wydell is determined to bring them down and is willing to match their brutality to do it. As the chase intensifies, predator and prey blur in a violent struggle between killers and a lawman ready to become just as ruthless.
