A young woman with enhanced super strength is part of a group of mutant outcasts trying to survive as a sinister government organization hunts them down one by one. As the agents close in, a more powerful enhanced serial killer appears, creating a new threat that forces both the hunted and the hunters to reconsider where their loyalties lie.
