EVil Sublet

A New York couple thinks they have found the perfect apartment: a dream place with rent low enough to overlook one serious problem. It is haunted. At first, the bargain seems worth the risk, but sharing a home with murderous ghosts quickly becomes impossible to ignore. As the danger closes in, they turn to unusual friends for help and try to escape the evil lurking in their sublet.
