Fences

In 1950s Pittsburgh, a working-class African-American father tries to hold his family together while facing the pressures that shape his daily life. Burdened by poverty, racism, and the weight of his own past, he struggles to guide those closest to him as frustration and inner conflict test his role as a husband and father.
