In Venice Beach, California, recovering alcoholic Chip is forced to face reality after a life-changing accident upends his life. Returning from a short exile, he finds that the place he once called home no longer has room for him. With no store, no friends and not even a guest house to stay in, Chip must confront how far he has fallen and how difficult it will be to get back to the way things were.
