Frantic

An American doctor visiting Paris steps out of the shower in his hotel room to find that his wife has suddenly vanished. Desperate to find her, he is pulled into a confusing world of unfamiliar streets, language barriers, indifferent police, endless bureaucracy and a mysterious young woman who seems to know more than she admits. As his search deepens, intrigue, espionage, gangsters, drugs and murder close in around him.
