Philip J. Fry is a New York City pizza delivery boy from the late 20th century who is accidentally cryogenically frozen in 1999 and wakes up on New Year’s Eve in 2999. In the retro-futuristic 31st century, he starts a new life working for Planet Express, an interplanetary delivery company, and faces the strange adventures that come with delivering across the future.
