Childhood friends Dylan and Sean set out from Britain to backpack through China, hoping the trip will help bridge the distance that has grown between them. Along the way, their route collides with a disparate group of strangers traveling through Asia. What starts as a confusing and potentially disastrous holiday gradually becomes a wider, unexpected voyage of self-discovery across the continent.
