Glory

During the U.S. Civil War, Robert Gould Shaw leads the Union Army’s first all-Black volunteer company. As the soldiers prepare to fight for their country, they also face prejudice from within their own ranks and from the Confederate forces opposing them. Their service becomes a struggle not only on the battlefield, but against the discrimination surrounding them.
