Hands of Steel

A cyborg is programmed to assassinate a scientist whose work could determine the fate of mankind. When the mission fails, he goes into hiding at a remote desert diner run by a woman who becomes drawn to him. But escape is not simple: the people who sent him are closing in, and a local arm wrestling champion brings another threat into his path.
