In 1909, years after Korea is forced under Japanese colonial rule, a group of Korean independence activists continue their fight for freedom. As their movement searches for a way to strike back, they plan a dangerous attack in Harbin: the assassination of Japan’s prime minister, an act meant to advance their country’s struggle for independence.
