High School Musical

At East High, a popular athlete and an academically gifted girl step outside the roles everyone expects of them when they both land parts in the school musical. As their new friendship grows, it unsettles the familiar social order of the high school, challenging the lines between cliques, reputations, and what students are supposed to be.
