A girl from Mars seeks refuge in a place run by robots and androids, but safety comes with a condition: she must explain why she is running from humans. To make them understand, she recounts three tales of human fear. Framed by her flight, the film unfolds as an anthology of short horror stories, with each segment set in a different time: the past, the present, and the future.
