Four policemen go undercover to infiltrate a gang of football hooligans and identify the people leading the violence from within. As they spend more time inside the group, the operation begins to blur the boundaries between duty and belonging. For one officer, the role becomes harder to separate from real life as he finds himself increasingly drawn toward the world he was sent to expose.
