Jirga

Former Australian soldier Mike Wheeler returns to Afghanistan carrying the weight of his actions during the war. Hoping to find redemption, he seeks out the family of a civilian man he killed and asks for forgiveness. Set against the danger and uncertainty of his journey, Jirga follows a man confronting the human cost of conflict and the consequences that remain long after battle ends.
