Dave Lizewski is an unnoticed high school student whose love of comic books pushes him to make an unlikely decision: he is going to become a superhero. With no powers, no training, and no meaningful reason beyond the idea itself, Dave steps out of ordinary teenage life and tries to turn a fantasy into reality.
