Labor Pains

Labor Pains (also known as Almost Pregnant in Mexico) is a 2009 romantic comedy film follows a young woman named Thea Clayhill. With a view to saving her job as secretary to a very cranky publisher, she pretends to be pregnant. When that gets her special treatment by everyone involved in her life, she tries to keep up the lie for nine months.
