Leprechaun Returns

A group of sorority sisters plans to replace an old cabin with a new sorority house, unaware that the site is part of the Leprechaun’s hunting grounds. When their demolition and building work accidentally awakens him, the serial-killing creature returns once again, turning their project into a deadly fight to survive what they have unleashed.
