Little Buddha

After the death of Lama Dorje, Tibetan Buddhist monks seek the child who may carry the rebirth of their revered teacher. Their search leads them to three possible candidates: an American child and two Nepalese children. As the monks consider each child’s connection to Lama Dorje, the story follows a spiritual question that reaches across cultures and families.
