Lousy Carter

Lousy Carter is drifting through a messy stretch of life with little urgency and even less maturity. He struggles to finish his animated adaptation of Nabokov, teaches a graduate seminar on The Great Gatsby, and carries on an affair with his best friend’s wife. When he learns he has only six months to live, his stalled work, strained relationships, and self-absorbed habits take on a sharper edge.
