Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon

A young woman with unusual psychokinetic powers escapes from a Louisiana mental asylum and heads to New Orleans, trying to survive on her own for the first time. As she searches for a place in the city, she is drawn into its shadowy underside, where misfits and miscreants live by their own rules and her abilities may be both a danger and a means of getting by.
