Motherless Brooklyn

In 1957 New York City, Lionel Essrog, a private detective living with Tourette syndrome, is shaken when Frank, his mentor and only friend, is murdered. Left with little more than vague clues and his own obsessive mind, Lionel begins tracing the case through Brooklyn’s jazz clubs and struggling neighborhoods, uncovering a hidden web of secrets along the way.
