Mr Cleaver

Seven gutter punks force their way into a warehouse that appears to be abandoned, looking for a place no one will bother them. But the building is not as empty as it seems. Its owner is still inside, and he is violently protective of what is his. Trapped in unfamiliar territory, the group becomes the target of a bloodthirsty killer in a grimy throwback to early 90s straight-to-video slasher horror.
