Observe and Report

Mall security guard Ronnie Barnhardt takes his job seriously, especially when a flasher begins terrorizing shoppers and disrupting the mall’s everyday routine. Determined to protect his turf and catch the culprit himself, Ronnie throws himself into the case. But when his efforts fail to bring the offender to justice, a surly police detective is brought in to handle the investigation.
